Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sevenoart.com, your SEVENO account, and purchases, bookings and commissions made with BENJAMIN SEVENO INC. (“SEVENO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who can use SEVENO
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.
2. Your account
You may register with an email address or phone number. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Orders and editions
Product descriptions, edition sizes and prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Numbered editions are strictly limited; if an item sells out between checkout and confirmation we will refund you in full.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise. International duties are calculated at checkout where possible.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Unworn, unframed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Returned numbered pieces are marked VOID in our edition register and are not resold.
6. Commissions
Custom work is governed by a separate written proposal describing scope, fees, schedule and licensed uses. Where a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal prevails for that project.
7. Intellectual property
Artworks remain the copyright of their artists. Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical object, not a right to reproduce the image. The SEVENO name, crown mark and site design belong to BENJAMIN SEVENO INC.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for account holders, by email before they take effect.
